Corporate Social Responsibility at KSPL

At Kambala Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to creating a positive and sustainable impact on the communities in which we operate. Guided by our values of responsible business, inclusivity, and sustainable development, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focus on key areas including education, environmental sustainability, poverty and hunger eradication, and healthcare. We give priority to supporting communities in and around Mangalore, Karnataka, while undertaking CSR activities in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant CSR regulations. Through structured, transparent, and meaningful initiatives, we strive to contribute to the long-term social, environmental, and economic well-being of the communities we serve.

CSR Committee

The requirement for constitution of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee is not applicable to the Company under Section 135(1) of Companies Act, 2013 and the functions of the Committee is discharged by the Board of Directors of the Company.

CSR Project approved

CSR Project approved for the FY 2025-26: Promotion of Art and Culture
 
The project is undertaken with the objective of preserving, promoting and strengthening the rich cultural heritage of Yakshagana, one of Karnataka’s most vibrant and traditional performing art forms, which blends music, dance, dialogue, theatre and mythology and has been an integral part of the cultural life of the region for generations.
 
Under the project, the Company has extended support towards the renovation and improvement of cultural infrastructure associated with Sri Idagunji Mahaganapati Yakshagana Mandali, Keremane (R.), Honnavar Taluk, Uttara Kannada District, Karnataka. The facility serves as an important platform for Yakshagana performances, training, cultural education and related activities aimed at preserving and propagating this traditional art form.
 
The project is also intended to contribute to society by creating opportunities for younger generations to understand, appreciate and participate in traditional arts. Through training, performances and cultural programmes, Yakshagana helps foster cultural awareness, moral values, social understanding, confidence, discipline, rhythm, language skills and respect for India’s artistic heritage among children and youth.
 
By supporting the development of cultural infrastructure, the project seeks to provide a sustainable platform for artists, students and the wider community, while ensuring that the knowledge, traditions and values associated with Yakshagana are preserved and passed on to future generations.
